1. When you call RTC to request a bid ... We will gather your information and a brief description about your project.
2. If you emailed us, we will call you back and then gather your info.
3. During our phone chat, we will schedule a day and time to meet at your project site.
4. When we meet, we will talk about what you want to accomplish. We will gather as much information about your vision as possible.
5. Next we will inspect your site conditions and analyze the scope of your project. We will make a detailed sketch of your site with dimensions. And noting any special conditions.
6. Then we take all of this information back to the office and begin the planning process.
7. We will be busy behind the scenes calculating materials quantities, scope of your project procedures, labor requirements, and your project timeline.
8. Once we have all of the many details compiled into an orderly document, we will create our project proposal.
9. Give us about 2 days and then check your email inbox for your RTC Project Proposal.
